JINYUYANG Vacuum was among the first commercial PVD coating machine providers in China. When the company opened in 2013, our goal of improving tool productivity had a fairly broad scope. Within a few years, we began to focus on thin-film / hard coating coating technologies.
This is a multifunctional equipment, integrating hard coating and DLC lubricating coating, adopting multi-arc system with a set of plane arcs, low temperature deposition, better effect.
It can coat TiN, CrN, AITiN, AlCrN, TiCN, TiAlCrN, TiAlSiN, DLC, multilayer super hard coatings, which is used in precision mould industry(dies, shear mould, standard mould and moulding mould etc), tool industry(drill, hard alloy, milling cutter, broaches, screw tap and gear cutter ect.) and automobile industry(piston, piston rings and parts etc.).
This series of equipment is dedicated to super-hard film coating of tools and molds. With the development of technology, PVD hard coating has expanded from traditional arc ion plating and magnetron sputtering technology to high-power pulse magnetron sputtering technology, composite ion plating technology, etc. The coating materials have also expanded from conventional TiN and CrN to CrAlN, TiAlCN and other multi-component, multi-layer and nano-composite coatings to meet different application requirements.

The heater of JYY-650 adopts the disc heater independently developed by Jinyuyang Company, with a temperature of up to 550 degrees. In addition, the plane arc source independently developed by the company is used to coat the film without adding temperature, so it is more conducive to products that require low-temperature deposition, and can coat plastic products without easy film loss.

PVD technology has more advantages than traditional electroplating technology, such as using a vacuum environment to reduce oxidation reactions, improving coating quality and durability, and providing a higher deposition rate and more uniform coating thickness to meet the needs of mold surfaces of different thicknesses and shapes.
The PVD coating of the tool obtained by using PVD technology, GIS plasma etching technology and MS magnetron sputtering technology not only has good resistance to oxidation decomposition, high temperature wear resistance and diffusion performance, but also reaches the international advanced coating process level in actual measurement.
PVD coating technology has the advantages of low temperature and environmental protection. It is suitable for coating treatment of carbide precision and complex cutting tools, and has little effect on the bending strength of the tool material, especially below 600°C. PVD coating has a wide range of applications, including but not limited to drill bits, turning inserts, welding tools, reamers, oil hole drills, carbide end mills, taps and indexable milling inserts.
PVD AlCrN plating technology has the following characteristics:
. Low friction coefficient: This means that during use, the AlCrN coating can reduce friction, reduce wear, and thus increase the service life of tools or components.
. Wear resistance: The AlCrN coating has excellent wear resistance and can maintain stable performance during long-term use, reducing performance degradation caused by wear.
. Low film stress: This helps to reduce cracking or shedding of the coating due to excessive stress during use, and maintain the integrity of the coating.
