It uses magnetic field to control the movement of electrons in non-uniform electromagnetic field, so that the evaporated molecules of the film body are accelerated to bombard the target material under the action of electric field, sputtering a large number of target atoms, which are deposited on the substrate to form a thin film. This technology has the characteristics of high sputtering rate, low substrate temperature rise, good film-substrate bonding, and stable device performance.

Coating color: gold, champagne gold, gun black, dark black, rose gold, blue, green, etc.
