Transparent film on jewelry  PVD RF technology coating machine

This device is a combination of multi-arc +  radio frequency(RF) technology system, ARC use for color coating and RF used for Transparent film coating. Currently mainly used in jewelry. After the jewelry PVD is plated with the required color, a transparent film layer can be added on the surface to increase the service life of the film layer.For example, after plating real gold, a layer of transparent film can be applied to protect the real gold coating, thereby enhancing its service life.

Physical Vapor Deposition: Vacuum deposition methods which can be used to deposit thin films and coatings. 

 [ARC ion coating] 
The multi-arc ion plating machine uses arc discharge to evaporate the cathode material, and the evaporated material forms positive ions. Under the action of a strong electric field, electrons overflow into the vacuum in the form of field electron emission. The positive ions are attracted to the cathode surface to form a space charge layer, thereby enhancing the performance of the film layer.
