Evaporation series coating machine
The evaporation coating machine is a device used for vacuum evaporation coating, which mainly consists of four parts: vacuum chamber, exhaust system, evaporation system and electrical equipment.
The vacuum chamber is a place where the plated parts are placed and the coating is carried out. It is usually made of stainless steel and has a water cooling device. The design of the vacuum chamber helps to prepare the film layer in a vacuum, prevent the contamination of the film material and the surface of the plated parts, and eliminate spatial collisions, thereby improving the density of the coating and the coating with special functions of a single compound.
The exhaust system is generally composed of a mechanical pump, a diffusion pump, a pipeline and a valve, and sometimes a mechanical booster pump is added to increase the pumping rate.
The evaporation system includes an evaporation source and electrical equipment for heating the evaporation source, which is used to convert the coating material into nanometer-scale particles and deposit them on the surface of the film to form a thin film.
The electrical equipment includes measuring vacuum and film thickness and a control console, etc., which are used for fully automatic computer control of the evaporation source, film thickness, sample stage and vacuum degree, as well as computer control of sample and baffle rotation.
The equipment can coat thin films with specific functions on products of various materials, and is widely used in mobile phone plastic structural parts, smart homes, digital products, cosmetic packaging, handicrafts, toys, wine packaging, electronic components and other products.
