Coating surface is smooth and dense, The target surface is uniformly etched, optimize the coating binding force. The new technology has brought much faster batch flow efficiency, optimizing the coating production efficiency. High precision density, the accuracy of coating thickness in effective coating erea can be controlled uniform.
It can coat TiN, CrN, AITiN, AlCrN, TiCN, TiAlCrN, TiAlSiN, DLC, multilayer super hard coatings, which is used in precision mould industry(dies, shear mould, standard mould and moulding mould etc), tool industry(drill, hard alloy, milling cutter, broaches, screw tap and gear cutter ect.) and automobile industry(piston, piston rings and parts etc.).


This series of equipment is dedicated to super-hard film coating of tools and molds. With the development of technology, PVD hard coating has expanded from traditional arc ion plating and magnetron sputtering technology to high-power pulse magnetron sputtering technology, composite ion plating technology, etc. The coating materials have also expanded from conventional TiN and CrN to CrAlN, TiAlCN and other multi-component, multi-layer and nano-composite coatings to meet different application requirements.
