The application of PVD (physical vapor deposition) coating technology in the field of tableware such as spoons, knives and forks mainly improves the aesthetics, durability and functionality by coating high-performance films on their surfaces.
This machine is rigorously designed and uses vacuum coating to coat hardware metals. It can also coat glass and stainless steel products, such as jewelry and ceramic cups and plates. PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) coating technology has high adhesion and is firmly bonded to the substrate, not easy to fall off, ensuring that the coating is stable and durable under various conditions. ## Process flow

4. **Ion cleaning**: Argon ion bombardment cleans the surface
5. **Coating**: Deposit the titanium layer by sputtering or evaporation
6. **Post-processing**: Cooling, inspection, packaging

- Nitrogen flow control: can obtain changes from light gold to dark gold
